Carer’s Notebook enables caregivers and collaborators to easily create and follow complex medication schedules, enhancing ability to improve compliance rates with medication regimes. Further, Carer's Notebook allows users to share the essential medical information they have entered into the app with medical staff when required, rather than relying on memory at a potentially stressful time.

In-app Notes

Easily store your thoughts and notes in-app, helping to keep track of any items needing to be discussed in any upcoming appointments. The notes will appear in the relevant appointment on the app. Never forget what needs to be discussed again.

Collaboration is Key

Carer’s Notebook allows for collaboration with trusted loved one(s) or friend(s) in the care of your dependants. Simply send invitation(s) and have the collaborator(s) click on the attached link; no second account or subscription needed. The collaborator(s) can see & do everything in the app for the relevant dependant, and then help out at times, offer support or even takeover entirely to give the primary caregiver some much needed respite.

1. Simple and Quick Setup

Download Carer’s Notebook from the App Store, agree to the terms, and sign up with your email. If you want, you can invite a collaborator - such as a family member or even a close friend - and then create a profile for your loved one to start organising their care.

2. Keep Everything in One Place

Easily add medication schedules, appointments with notes, and therapy tasks, all in one organised space. No more relying on scattered notes or your memory alone - everything is structured and accessible when you need it.

3. Stay on Top of Care Without the Stress

Your agenda screen shows medications, appointments, and tasks - and sends notifications for all of these - so nothing gets missed. Plus, your collaborator has full access, making it easy for them to step in and support when needed.
